Another great food tip

If you are…-ahem-…like me and enjoy your daily sweets, try freezing grapes. They are a sweet little additive to your day, that isn’t something that is high in sugars and calories. They are hard to eat fast, so you slow down, but a bag of frozen grapes (off the vine) lasts about a month. 

It’s been helping curb my sweet tooth.
